Dr. Dale Covy
Dr. Dale Covy has cared for animals in Tuscarawas County since 1987. He is an honor’s graduate of the College of Veterinary Medicine at Michigan State University. Upon graduation, Dr. Covy was drawn to the Tuscarawas Valley by its family orientated community and his desire to work in a mixed practice. In 1995 Dr. Covy opened Oak Pointe Veterinary Care. His goal was and still is to provide high quality animal care to individuals who consider their pet's as part of their family. Dr. Covy has been a faculty member at Kent State University since 2007, in the veterinary technician program and is the recipient of the Part-time Distinguished Teaching Award. He is an active member of the Dover Rotary Club and the YMCA. His interests include tri-athlons, biking, kayaking, and reading.

Dr. Julia Morrow
Dr. Julia Morrow was born
and raised in England. She moved to NE Ohio in 1998 after graduating high
school. After completing her BS degree in Biology at Lake Erie College in
Painesville, she went on to receive her veterinary degree from The Ohio State
University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2006. After graduating vet school,
she moved to central Florida where she practiced small animal veterinary
medicine. After 5 years away, she and
her husband decided to move back to Ohio to be closer to family and friends. Dr. Morrow’s goal is to
provide high quality patient care to you and your beloved pet, and she
emphasizes preventive medicine to prolong the lives of our furry kids. She currently has 3 dogs
and 2 cats, but is planning on building a farm including horses, goats and
possibly pigs on their land in Bolivar in the near future. Her interest include horse riding, walking her dogs, playing piano and reading.

Dr. Jeff Baranack
Dr. Jeff Baranack received his veterinary degree from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1989. Dr. Baranack practiced one year in Northeastern Ohio and then moved to Tuscarawas County and began practicing here in 1990. Dr. Baranack joined Oak Pointe Veterinary Care in 2007 and thoroughly enjoys working with Dr. Covy and the staff. Dr. Baranack shares Dr. Covy's goal to provide high quality animal care to individuals and their pets. Dr. Baranack is married with three daughters, a son, three cats, and two dogs, which complete his family. He enjoys outside activities along with golfing, fishing, and running. Other interests include reading, astronomy and watching sports (especially the Buckeyes!).
